We have Summer Sintings programming starting June 9th and lined up for all of June and July. On the long list of Sintings, Heritage Toronto will work with the BBPA to provide a Black History tour of Little Jamaica. There will also be events including local businesses like Welcome to (Little) Jamrock at Trea-Jah Isle or Voices of The Shop with Barbers of Eglinton.
The goal of the Summer Sintings is to bring people down to the Avenue during the week for them to experience the Eglinton West Avenue in another way. We want folks to visit the shops and restaurants, we want them to stay a little and learn a little, not just come and go.
